Global competitiveness relies on a digitally skilled workforce, with primary education serving as the foundation for equipping students with essential skills. In India, digital learning has great potential to improve educational outcomes, but challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, limited access to devices, and insufficient teacher readiness remain. This paper proposes two solutions: the Community-Led “Digital Guardians” Initiative to empower local communities and enhance digital literacy, and Solar-Powered Ed-Tech Kiosks to provide sustainable access to digital resources. Together, these solutions aim to address infrastructure gaps, ensure equitable access to devices, and improve teacher preparedness, helping create a future-ready education system in primary schools.

摘要
