The effectiveness of coaching has long been recognized as a key factor influencing Olympic performances. However, its precise quantification remains a challenge, with limited studies integrating coaching influence into predictive models for Olympic success. This paper addresses this gap by introducing the TEL (Coach Effectiveness Transfer) index, which evaluates coaching effectiveness through three dimensions: performance, stability, and development. The methodology combines Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the relative importance of each dimension. The model is applied to analyze the coaching impacts on the United States and Romania, revealing how changes in coaching can directly influence. Olympic medal outcomes. Through comprehensive testing, the TEL model demonstrates its ability to accurately assess coaching effectiveness and predict potential improvements in Olympic performances. The findings highlight that a strategic focus on coaching can significantly enhance national success in future Olympic cycles.

摘要
