In this paper we consider a Timoshenko system with a fractional operator in the memory term acting only on one equation of the system. The polynomial decay result is proved for case of equal speed wave propagation in addition to some suitable conditions on the relaxation function and the initial data. Our result improves previous results in the literature.

摘要

In this paper we consider a Timoshenko system with a fractional operator in the memory term acting only on one equation of the system.
