In this presentation, we introduce quantitative phase imaging under commercially available confocal microscopy. By using bright-field imaging module and the transport of intensity equation, quantitative phase distribution can be obtained without any change of optics.

摘要

In this presentation, we introduce quantitative phase imaging under commercially available confocal microscopy. By using bright-field imaging module and the transport of intensity equation, quantitative phase distribution can be obtained without any change of optics.
