Introduction
摘要
The chapter argues that global trends of “globalizing,” “decolonizing,” and “indigenizing” IR still center the West and overlook the epistemic conditions of knowledge production in the South. It positions Pakistani International Relations as a case study to examine how colonial hierarchies have been consolidated through neoliberal education reforms and militarization of knowledge. The introduction sets the stage for the book’s core project: exposing the continuity of coloniality in Pakistan’s IR discipline.
