Cycling is becoming more widely accepted as a sustainable way to travel in cities, offering advantages such as less traffic, better public health, and a smaller impact on the environment. However, a lack of suitable bicycle parking creates considerable problems, including disorganization, wasted time, and difficulty in expanding capacity in busy areas. This paper presents a smart bicycle parking system designed to address these challenges through innovative solutions. The system minimizes infrastructural demands and optimizes parking space management via a user-friendly mobile application. Key features include real-time bicycle tracking, enhanced convenience through delegated parking options during peak hours, and RFID-based payment integration. The proposed solution aims to simplify the user experience, improve how efficiently parking is used, and encourage more people to cycle in urban areas. This paper discusses in detail the logistic process, composition of different modules, and algorithms involved. By addressing the limitations of current systems and focusing on making things easier for both users and those involved in managing the system, this modern parking system helps to make cycling a more accessible and dependable way to travel in densely populated areas.
