This study explores the intricate world of critical chain project management (CCPM) within the dynamic settings of project management. By investigating the complex factors influencing CCPM implementation, the research aims to uncover the CCPM principles and the project environment. Through a thorough examination of hypotheses, this study highlights the drivers and obstacles that impact the successful adoption of CCPM, contributing to both theoretical discussions and practical applications. While the statistical analysis shows positive links between most of these factors and CCPM implementation, it also highlights the complexities involved. The varying levels of statistical significance reveal the contextual nuances shaped by the specific variables. In essence, this study serves as a guide for navigating the complex process of CCPM integration. By blending Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles, it provides a framework for optimizing project management practices.
