Development planning and strategy are two sides of the same coin, which are interlinked yet distinct. Development strategy is the basis of the development planning, and the development planning is an extension and refinement of the development strategy. Based on the analysis in the previous chapter, this chapter further discusses the national economic planning and its system, the indicator system, and the preparation of the national economic planning.
