This chapter conducts numerical analysis on seismic performance of EHSW. Utilizing the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the stress behavior of each specimen under monotonic horizontal loads is simulated, and the results are compared with the measured skeleton curves. This process supplements and calculates parameter values that were not initially considered or feasible in the experiments, aiding in understanding the impact of key parameters on EHSW seismic performance. The focus is on the trends affecting EHSW load-carrying capacity and stiffness, providing valuable insights for establishing EHSW design methodologies.
