Introduction: Internationalization of higher institutions has become a must for those institutions taking science, economic and society place of position in the world. The objective of this study is to look at the importance of an international computer engineering program in Morocco and its contribution to prepare young Moroccan graduates to the international labor market. It teaches technical, as well as soft skills. Research Gap: The existing research has not covered the case of students and this unsatisfactory level of training provided is largely because that the training is likely to be adapted to suit the global job market which is changing rapidly. Purpose: The current study aimed to look at the reasons which caused these young graduates to be well-settled in the professional field. Method: We applied the Artificial Neural Network algorithmic method to investigate the responses of a sample of 750 African graduates. In particular, we use the MLP neural network algorithm for processing the data. Findings: The findings revealed that graduates of generalist systems with both hard and soft skill development had a significantly better chance of being recruited into the international job market, over those from specialist systems that only emphasized hard skill training. Interpretation: We suggested two primary interpretations: (1) the ability to adapt to change rapidly and (2) the acquisition of new learning. We reckon the geographical area has relationship to the system that was to be educated. Results Development: The broader the region served, the better the generalist system functions because of its inherent non-homogeneity, compelling graduates to be in a state of continuous skills and knowledge development. In contrast, the specialist system is appropriate in more localized areas in need of a high degree of specialization of knowledge and practice. Therefore, generalist higher education benefits to student mobility and international labor market and contributes to the innovation capability of economic development.
