AI safety problems refer to the threats caused by the vulnerabilities of AI systems to other fields. An AI safety problem is quite common and different from the cyber attacks based on AI system. The former is a byproduct of AI system’s malfunction, which always generates uncontrollable consequences, out of its designer’s expectation; the latter is intentioned, and the usage intention of AI is to conduct cyber attacks.
