Code Copyright Protection System Using Open Access Permission Less Blockchain
摘要
In the digital era, safeguarding software copyrights is critical due to risks like theft and unauthorized distribution, yet traditional registration methods are often slow, expensive, and centralized. This paper proposes a blockchain-based Code Copyright Protection System that leverages open-access, permission less blockchain technology to provide a decentralized, secure platform for code registration, ownership verification, and licensing. The system comprises four layers—Access, service, blockchain, and storage—ensuring robust protection through processes like code normalization, fuzzy hashing, digital watermarking, and obfuscation. Smart contracts automate licensing, reducing reliance on intermediaries and enhancing transparency. While challenges like scalability and legal recognition exist, the proposed model positions blockchain as a viable solution for protecting intellectual property rights in software development.
