Phishing attacks represent a persistent and evolving threat to cybersecurity, taking advantage of individuals’ trust and ignorance to gain access to sensitive information. Traditional phishing detection systems tend to focus solely on flagging suspicious emails and URLs, often without educating users about the underlying reasons for such classifications. This paper introduces a comprehensive approach that not only detects phishing attempts but also unveils the anatomy of suspicious content to empower users. By leveraging explainable AI models and efficient natural language processing (NLP), this solution interacts with users to explain why specific content is flagged phishing, based on their inputs. Through detailed feedback, users gain a deeper understanding of phishing tactics, promoting self-empowerment and resilience in the face of cyber threats. This holistic approach encourages informed decision-making and strengthens overall cybersecurity awareness, bridging the gap between detection and education.

摘要
