A Machine Learning Model Approach to Understand Customer Behaviour Analysis in E-Commerce

Researchers and marketing specialists conduct an investigation of consumer behaviour in the market because of the significance of this topic in economics. The tendency of consumers to purchase things that are produced locally is beginning to increase. When consumers make purchases locally, they are aware that they are contributing to the preservation of the domestic economy by supporting local businesses and services. Consumers are becoming more environmentally conscious as a result of their increasing preference for environmentally friendly goods and services. The purpose of this study was to investigate the connections that exist between the purchasing patterns of consumers who shop online for environmentally friendly items and the influences that are associated with sustainability.
