This paper presents a smart and dynamic traffic control system for management of traffic is being developed and the presence of predictive algorithms for ambulances are combined to avoid constraints for a longer time, therefore playing an extremely significant role in allowing an enhanced response time for medical emergencies. Computer vision is utilized to detect an ambulance, analyze the traffic condition, and make the adjustments that are made in real time by giving green lights for long spans of time to minimize waiting time and by synchronizing different signals. Signal controls enhancement facilitates emergency vehicles unobstructed passage and maneuverability into and from impaired interchanges-enhancing patient outcomes and public safety. This methodology showcases the ground for the AI-driven solutions to develop smart cities with efficiency in managing emergency vehicles.
