Using meta-analysis and meta-analytic structural equation modeling, this chapter investigates the connection between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using online resources such as Research Gate and Google Scholar, 25 studies that were published between 2010 and 2024 were examined. Strict inclusion criteria made sure that studies using representative sample sizes, latent variable approaches, and consistent operationalization of constructs were chosen. Job satisfaction and OCB were found to be significantly positively correlated by the meta-analysis. According to the Egger, Begg, and Fail-Safe N tests, publication bias was considered to be negligible. A positive and significant direct relationship between job satisfaction and OCB was confirmed by meta-analytic structural equation modeling (b1 = 0.439, p < .001). This implies that higher job satisfaction is associated with higher levels of organizational citizenship behavior.

摘要
