This research aims to explore the impact of the Pembatik Program on teachers’ Information and Communication Technology (ICT) competence within the Pembatik teacher community in Indonesia. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing ICT skills as a foundation for developing more effective and innovative teaching practices in the digital era. We collected primary data through observations and interviews, as well as secondary data from an extensive literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman approach, which encompasses data collection, data reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings indicate that the Pembatik Program enhances teachers’ ICT competence, strengthening both conceptual understanding and practical application in the learning process. Teachers reported increased confidence in using digital tools and the development of innovative teaching strategies. Furthermore, collaboration among members of the Pembatik community reinforces ongoing learning and professional support. This research contributes to the advancement of ICT teaching methods in Indonesia, highlighting the significance of professional development programs focused on technology to improve educational quality and prepare teachers to face the challenges of 21st-century learning.
