Continuous Professional development (CPD) of Sciences’ teacher is now should implemented for the sustainability of educational quality. The research will be arranged to develop the best design of CPD of school science laboratory personnels (SSLP). For this purpose, the research trends related to CPD of SSLP has been done on using bibliometrics analysis. Data resources was collected from Scopus as many as 303 articles with the keyword Continuous Professional Development and school laboratory personnel. Bibliometric analysis was done using R (Biblioshiny) and VOSviewer for data visualization. The findings of this study show that the most productive countries for CPD program were the United Kingdom, South Africa and USA. In terms of most productive institutions, Ghent University, University of Toronto & University of Rwanda reported along the two years publication, 2022 and 2023. Most relevant sources trends CPD were published by BMC Medical Education, Education Sciences, Journal of Continuing Education in The Health Professions & Professional Development in Education. More research on CPD is done by healthcare professionals. So far, publicity about CPD for school science laboratory personnel has not been found. Since the importance of school science laboratory management, the development of the CPD of SSLP is one to be concerned. The R and D can be begun with the establishment of competency schemes, which can be referred to various regulations and standards, both international and national scopes. The CPD-SSLP model will later be developed using existing standard CPD models, by adopting and adapting the competency scheme for SSLP framework.
