Campus Area Network (CAN) can be characterized as a small Network like LAN. Generally, it define a network which connects various infrastructural entities of a university campus. The proposed design for MBM University Campus area network included topology, routing protocol, i.e., Enhanced Interior gateway Routing protocol (EIGRP), Routing information protocol (RIP), Open shortest path first (OSPF) under FTP traffic. The simulation results were analyzed on the basis of various performance parameters for comparison using these three dynamic protocols routing protocols under FTP traffic (Refat et al., in Design and performance investigation of campus area network (CAN) based on different routing protocols, 2018).

摘要
