In this paper, an electrical wiring safety detector is proposed to enhance wire safety in buildings. This study evaluates the performance of a non-invasive wiring fault detector, developed by Zero-plus Technology Co., Ltd., which measures internal resistance with high-speed sampling and integrates temperature compensation. The detector is designed to support predictive maintenance by providing early warning signals without disrupting existing operations. A four-year test reveals a strong correlation between circuit degradation and detector readings. Statistical analysis shows a reduction of alerts indicating improved safety through timely maintenance. The results demonstrate the potential in smart building to ensure continuous fire prevention and long-term electrical safety.

摘要
