In this research investigation, the authors have attempted ranking of 30 Construction Delay Parameters with respect to their Importance, Frequency and Severity Indices. The principle underlying the scheme is by way of the computation of Net Causation Drive for each of the Construction Delay Parameters considered for the Construction Project of concern with regards their Importance, Severity, and Frequency. For computing such aforementioned Net Causation Drive values, we first compute a Novel RCB-JR Model of Bi-Directional Coefficients of Causation in the Onward and Reverse direction for each of the 30 Construction Delay parameters considered. Finally, we arrange these Net Causation Drive values of each Construction Delay parameter and note the Construction Delay Parameter type that is thrusting the Net Positive Causation Drive. Such a rank is finally consider as the Construction Delay Parameter Rank. We implement this analysis separately for Importance, Frequency and Severity indices. Finally, a popular Cumulative Ensemble Model of combing the Importance, Frequency and Severity indices is considered to find the Rank of each of the Construction Delay Parameters among the considered set with respect to a collective notion of Importance, Frequency and Severity indices.

摘要
