Limestone calcined clay cement (LC3) is a type of ternary blend cement with low carbon content. It decreases greenhouse gas emissions and uses less energy throughout the manufacturing process. Polypropylene (PP) fibres were incorporated into both LC3-based and conventional concrete materials in the current research. The volume of PP fibre was used as 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3%. Concrete grade of M25 is created using LC3 and equated with normal concrete. The initial characteristics of the LC3 cement system and the compressive and flexural strength were taken. The greatest gain in strength was observed when the total fibre content of the PP fibre reinforced concrete was 0.3%. The enhancement in impact resistance of LC3 concrete was greater than that of standard concrete. It was also observed that fibre content decreased the workability.
