Design and Analysis of an Electric Sports Bike Chassis
摘要
The current research aims at the design and analysis of chassis of an electric sports bike. The main objective is to create a high-performance, sustainable electric bike focusing on efficiency, structural integrity, and rider ergonomics. The chassis is constructed using AISI 4130 Chromoly steel due to its exceptional high strength-to-weight ratio. Further, this paper discusses the design considerations and simulations including the ergonomic evaluation using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). The integration of overall design is validated through CAD and ANSYS simulations. The paper finally emphasizes on innovation in electric vehicle technology while adhering to sustainable engineering practices.
