Digital transformation has recently become a cornerstone of strategic planning across the public and private sectors. The education sector globally is experiencing a significant paradigm shift, with digital transformation becoming increasingly crucial, particularly in the aftermath of recent global events. In the Philippines, despite its deep-rooted traditions, the Association of Benedictine Schools (ABS) faces the imperative to adapt and thrive in this current digital age. Technology integration into education has evolved beyond mere modernization to become a strategic necessity for enhancing learning experiences, streamlining administrative processes, and improving overall institutional effectiveness. This paper examines a structured approach to digital transformation for Philippine educational institutions by integrating Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks, specifically TOGAF, in addressing the information system architecture challenges of the Association of Benedictine Schools (ABS). The researcher used the qualitative method generally to understand the requirements and processes needed to develop the Information Strategic System Plan using Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a tool for the Association of Benedictine Schools. The analysis of St. Scholastica’s College Manila’s ICT capabilities identifies key challenges, including outdated technology, budget constraints, and resistance to change. To address these, the study recommends modernizing infrastructure, adopting Enterprise Architecture (EA) using TOGAF and CAUDIT, and fostering collaborations for innovation. EA integration enhances enrollment, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Key solutions include system centralization, Single Sign-On (SSO), and predictive analytics. The study ensures IT alignment with institutional goals, reduces redundancies and improves user experience. These insights support a scalable digital transformation model across the Association of Benedictine Schools (ABS).

摘要
