The current conflict in Ukraine has dramatically changed the perception of business security within the region and definitely sets the priority for managers to acquire peacekeeping skills in order to meet the challenges of the geopolitical instability. The article is intended to research the methodology and analytical support for effective peace education of managers with a special focus on the incorporation of such skills in managerial training. The authors create a full-format ecosystem that links all resources and methodologies for the enhancement of the potential of leaders in crisis situations while developing an integrated information and analytical support system for peace education of managers.
