This study examines the ethical promise and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The analysis highlights key ethical ideas like responsibility, transparency, justice, and privacy, all of which are supported by significant findings from the corpus of recent literature. In order to address concerns regarding the use of ethical AI and its limitations, the study systematically synthesises information using the PRISMA technique. The study offers recommendations and practical strategies for incorporating ethics into AI development while highlighting pressing problems like bias, insufficient rules, and a lack of collaboration among stakeholders.The analysis highlights the need for interdisciplinary approaches, continuous monitoring, and robust governance to guarantee that AI serves social goals responsibly.
