Right renal tumor found during physical examination for over a year. Present illness: Male, 42 years old. A right renal tumor was suggested by ultrasound during a physical examination a year ago, with a diameter of about 4 cm, considered to be a hamartoma. No special diagnosis and treatment. Follow-up urinary system color Doppler ultrasound showed: moderate echo in the middle of the right kidney, size 6.0 cm × 5.4 cm × 3.6 cm, morphological rules. Chest-abdomen-pelvis enhanced CT: A soft tissue density tumor protruding from the middle of the right kidney, with a maximum cross section of about 5.1 cm × 4.1 cm, considering the possibility of malignant lesions (Figs. 1, 2, 3, and 4). Further improvement with PET/CT: shows a right kidney mass and high CAIX expression, considering the possibility of clear cell carcinoma. Surgery is recommended. During the course of the disease, the patient denied high blood pressure and had no fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, back pain, hematuria, etc. Admitted to our department for further surgical treatment.
