Gold is a metal with a reasonably high price as an investment instrument in Indonesia. Forecasting is needed to be the basis for the decision-making process. Data mining emerged to answer the need for good, fast and precise information support in investment decision-making. The KNIME application analyses, manages and makes decisions on huge data types in data mining. Data mining is an essential transformation in many areas of data analysis after data collection. The amount of data on gold prices is 14,237 data from 22 March 1968 until 26 September 2024, and there are no missing values. From training data, validation data and testing data, it was found that the best R2 results were obtained from testing data, and the best mean absolute error results were obtained from validation data.
