Inclusive Housing: Mixed Types and Expected Outcomes
摘要
This chapter reviews the literature of Neighbrohood Effects as it provides the theoretical basis for housing mix research. The impacts of housing mix on expected outcomes are investigated. Four mixed types of inclusive housing—mix income, mix tenure, mix ratio and mix layout are demonstrated to introduce how housing mix can be embedded in policy interventions at the neighborhood level. Two expected outcomes—life chances and wellbeing promotion are illustrated to show their relationships with the four specific housing mix indicators.
