Design and Fabrication Plastic Bottle Unscrambler

Automation is the process to complete the work without the help of human resources but partially or completely done by the help of machines. In industry where repetitive tasks are performed, use automation but automation is more prevent in industries of robotics, manufacturing and automotive and its systems. Industries use the unscrambler as a most common automation device for sorting the product. The main aim of this project is to design or invent the unscrambler that arrange the synthetic bottles according to customer requirement and measurement is obtained by various research in the form of patent review market analysis. In this, final part is divided into three individual parts; these individual parts are generated and joint into one final concept which is our project. After designing, computerized visual simulation is done in SolidWorks to check the stability of project hardware parts under various working load. Static and buckling examination was also done in SolidWorks CAD software.
