Following the discussions in Chapter 1 , Part I considers the history of globalism of countries with hegemony, its influences on other countries, and the total system of business management in Germany as the structural framework defining a country’s management style, applying the author’s original framework. In Part 1, the fundamental basis for developing business management and corporate expansion at both global and domestic levels. Chapter 2 revises globalism’s history from the late nineteenth century to the present. Which characteristics can be found in the globalism of nations with hegemony? How did such countries display initiative in building the world order and influencing other nations? This chapter considers three periods: (1) the age from the late nineteenth century to the end of World War II, (2) the postwar period, and (3) the period after the 1990s from a comparative viewpoint.
