摘要

A comprehensive approach for detecting and treating mental health disorder in adolescents and teenagers requires several sources of information. Combining several techniques can help clinicians and researchers obtain a comprehensive understanding of teenage mental health and develop effective strategies to address these difficulties. There are not just instances of publicly available accessible applications for mental illness; they can also obtain characteristics of apps connected to research, challenges of integrating mobile apps and digitizing healthcare into clinical practice, and the amount of time spent in nontraditional locations. Technology can be applied in clinical settings, including mental illness, social assistance, and technological literacy. Success depends on effective assessment procedures and an understanding of user needs. This review is based on an analysis of scientific literature and the author’s clinical and administrative experience. A research was conducted for articles on telepsychiatry, mental health, mobile mental health, ambulatory monitoring, telemetry, and algorithmic published between 2012 and 2022.
