The role of education is an essential part of economic growth. Education can help build and develop the personality of the person as well as build a strong confidence and enhance their knowledge in various areas. Primary education teaches children the fundamental skills they need to succeed in later school years. In the present study, we identify the essential factors of the school management system. The background of the study is MCDM methods. But here we are using various multi-criteria decision-making techniques such as: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), Best-Worst Method (BWM), and Hybrid DEA model. This study focuses on six criteria for successful good school management; teaching management quality, quality determinants, learning/teacher’s hours, language policies, facilities provided, school infrastructure, and social reasons, and a total of 16 sub-criteria such as: Qualification, recruitments, salary, curriculum reform, syllabus relevant, learning/teacher’s hours, local language, English language, mid-day meal, single classroom schools, drinking water, electricity, girls toilet, playground facilities, boundary wall, all-weather road, number of girls students, minority enrolment, and number of students with disability. This analysis demonstrates the impact of the overall ranking performance of the criteria and sub-criteria for the school management system.
