A lower rpm value for traction (below 200) and a higher rpm value for cruise (above 200) are considered in programming the FLC to control the EMAs and prepare the AEM2SGB to meet the working conditions. The controller sends a signal to the relay to pass the battery current to get the proper force from the EMA to engage the gear automatically. Maximum motor speed of 200 rpm for 1st gear (gr 3.38), the signal from motor speed sensor (MRS) to the controller and the signal from the controller to the relay which is connected with EMA and controller and with ampere booster amplifier. In the 2nd gear EMA the connection is off. While, if the engine speed increases above 200, the second EMA starts working and the first gear EMA connection turns off. Thus, the AEM2SGB works and ensure the EV operation regardless of road profile.
