Theoretical Modelling of Battery Thermal Management System
摘要
The battery’s temperature rises when the traction and cruise modes use too much current from the battery, which might lead to cell damage or fire. Providing dependable battery protection against short circuits and quick heat dissipation, the BThMS shields cells from damage, overheating, and even fire. The BThMS regulates the mass flow of refrigerant depending on the heat of the battery modules, which are surrounded by hollow heat-conducting tubes. The temperature of the battery was regulated between 25 and 35 ℃. By doing this, the modules’ state of health (SoH) is maintained and they are able to equally distribute the load in order to satisfy the vehicle’s load demand.
