The Success of Cloud-Based E-Learning System: Evidence from Vietnam

This paper analyzes and evaluates the success of a cloud-based e-learning system. Based on the model of information systems success and the related works, the author proposes a structural model of quality factors on the success of information systems with the mediating role of user satisfaction and system usage. Data were collected from 235 students who participated in cloud-based e-learning courses at universities in Vietnam. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling The research results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality significantly influence user satisfaction and system usage, thereby contributing to the overall success of e-learning on cloud computing.
