In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the initiative of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Twenty-First-Century Maritime Silk Road (hereinafter referred to as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)). Over the past decade, through joint efforts from participating countries, the BRI has flourished into an open, inclusive, mutually beneficial, and highly popular international public good and global cooperation platform (Xinhua News Agency, Vision and Actions for Steadfastly Advancing the High-Quality Development of the Belt and Road Initiative: Outlook for the Next Ten Years, EB/OL, 2023a). Logistics, as a key area and fundamental pillar of the BRI, has achieved remarkable progress, significantly contributing to the initiative. Looking ahead, the BRI is set to enter a new stage of high-quality development, posing new requirements for China’s logistics sector while charting a clear path for further progress.

摘要
