Uncertainty Quantification of the External Ballistic 6-DOF Model of Artillery Projectile by Using Regression-Based Sensitivity Analysis Methods
摘要
While designing artillery external ballistics, it is essential to effectively quantify the influence of multi-source uncertain parameters on the external ballistics, which can improve the overall attack efficiency of the projectile. An artillery firing system is complex owing to the dependencies among multiple inputs and outputs, which can be explained through a set of equations known as the 6-DOF model that are to be solved numerically. In the absence of a properly defined input–output relationship, sensitivity analysis using the standardized regression coefficient (SRC) provides satisfactory results even for non-linear models. The sensitivity indices obtained can help reduce design costs and improve computational efficiency by improving structural design, parameter identification, and reliability-based design.
