The dependence of youth on digital media varies significantly so that it has an impact on their physical activities. The level of youth participation in physical activity and sports decreases along with this. Therefore, the study aims to determine the differences between physical youth who use digital media with high and low intensity. The comparative study involved 12 to 17 years youth participants totaling 344 persons. There is 214 youth who use digital media with high intensity and 130 with low intensity. Data collection uses a questionnaire made on google form so that participants fill in digitally. The independent t-test was used to compare mean of the two groups with a significance level of 5%. The results showed a significant difference in youth physical activity patterns between those using digital media with high and low intensity (t = 15.368, p = 0.000 < 0.05). The difference in the mean score of physical activity patterns between youth with high and low intensity of digital media use is 4.046. It means that the physical activity of youth using low-intensity digital media is higher than those using high-intensity digital media. Youth are expected to reduce the intensity of digital media use and increase their participation in various physical activities and sports.
