This study aims to implement the training program at PT Prachuap Fc by using the traditional review model, which is to review the way in which the facts are collected and the synthesis does not follow the standard methods as in a systematic review. Traditional reviews do not use standard research methodologies, more on the willingness (inclination) of the author, regarding which direction the writing will be taken. This research is a descriptive evaluative research. The sample of this study were administrators, coaches and athletes in total 36 people. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the determination of the club’s organizational program has been running well in accordance with management functions such as planning, organization, direction, and supervision. In addition, (1) aims to train themselves to become coaches who can create, design, and implement training programs, (2) run smoothly with good cooperation and coordination between researchers, coaches, administrators and players, (3) train skills in administration, professionalism in implementing activities in the field and coordinated organizational management that results in higher and more valued competency standards, (4) good communication and consultation with supervising trainers can be a strong foundation for carrying out learning activities (5) providing a lot of experience, and lessons during the field it is very useful for students in the real world of work (6) have the opportunity to develop skills as a coach in leading players both in training and in a match. The club has management, facilities & infrastructure, club training & coaching, and supporters in the good category for a football team, so that the club can be better in the competition.
