Post-Covid-19 Students’ Physical Fitness Level

Physical fitness is an essential component of success in physical education learning, but 2022 is a new chapter of changing the status of the pandemic to being endemic and returning to producing new habits and rules, including physical education learning and learning back to school. This article aims to present data on students’ physical fitness levels after covid-19, which in online-based learning is known to affect physical fitness levels to decline due to physical education learning that is applied online. There is no assistance or attention from teachers when using physical education learning fitness after covid-19 is good to review considering physical education learning after the covid-19 pandemic, where learning has begun to be reinstated in schools with specific rules and conditions according to the latest Ministry of Education regulations. Literature review research means that the author examines published articles that convey research results on student physical fitness related to physical education learning that is carried out offline or returns to learning activities at school. The results of the literature review are expected to be able to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in the discussion of students’ physical fitness in physical education learning after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in physical education learning in schools after the covid-19 pandemic which carries out online learning activities to produce success and optimal learning for students.
