We defined international order with three elements, which are actors, structure, and rules; the international order of post-World Wars had major actors and total marinization of the “others” who just got their liberty from the colonial rule, structure was based on the periphery-core both economically and politically, making it another form of continuous colonialization, and although the other nations got their independence, they did not enjoy their true freedom of choices being crushed between two great powers or even one power after the fall of the other, and the rules were mainly imposed by the great powers and even consolidated by the fall of one with a perception of the superiority of the western values, and moreover even those rules were violated by the same actors who imposed them. The consequence of this international order on the other nations was tragic, with proxy wars during the so-called “cold war,” or total hegemony of one great power unchecked and hence initiating whatever wars they like on free nations, like in Iraq. Also, this international order did not provide its members with protection or liberty or even justice, for that it was not able to solve the most pressing human tragedies created by the establishment of this order itself including; the continuation of the occupation of the Palestine despite all the UN resolutions that were adopted by the security council including 242, which requests from Israel to fully withdraw from the lands occupied in 1967; the continuation of the separation and division of the Korean Nation and its suffering; the continuation of the conflict between India and Pakistan due to the partition in 1947 as one of the consequences of the establishment of the new order; and fourth is the continuation of the suffering of the African people due to the artificial borders created by the colonializing powers themselves which do not represent the cultural or ethnic backgrounds of those nations, and hence create conditions for civil wars and domestic violence.
