In an increasingly complex information environment, server stability and security have become the focus of every enterprise. Traditional servers are inefficient, prone to errors, and consume excessive labor costs, making it difficult to adapt to today's society's requirements for a large number of servers. In order to solve the above problems, this article combines heuristic algorithms with process automation and applies them to the inspection of information systems of intelligent manufacturing systems. Through real-time analysis of the operation of detection equipment, detection tasks are automatically generated, and task execution is completed through process automation. Research results show that heuristic algorithms and process automation methods can quickly implement inspections in different scenarios. In addition, in terms of inspection accuracy, the false alarm rate is only 1.5%, the false alarm rate is 0.3%, and the accuracy rate is as high as 98.6%, which is significantly better than traditional methods. At the same time, it also has significant advantages in resource consumption.

摘要
