The transition from a linear to a circular economy (CE) is necessary, particularly in sectors like fashion and textiles, which have a negative environmental impact. There are a few difficulties with this transition, though. Solutions to these problems have gotten far less attention to far, despite the fact that these challenges have been extensively studied in literature. Recognizing that the appropriate coordination and management of the circular supply network is hampered by the fact that the practices and techniques suggested by the literature are still mainly dispersed and not explained via a broad framework. To comprehend how to overcome the challenges associated with the introduction of the CE in the supply chains for textile and fashion, this article therefore suggests a circular supply chain (CSC) orchestration strategy. As a result of the study, the knowledge of CSC orchestration was added by integrating resource orchestration, supply chain orchestration, and CE streams. This viewpoint is used as a theoretical lens through which answers to difficulties are analyzed. In particular, it operationalizes the broad orchestration mechanisms mentioned in the body of existing literature. In order to create challenge-response orchestration systems and advance towards a CE, Managers in the textile supply chain can also benefit from our study. Total interpretive structural modeling (TISM) is used to evaluate the barriers methodically, and a structural model has been created. Prioritizing the obstacles will help ensure a smooth deployment of the CSC.

摘要
