Operating systems play a key role in ensuring information security and achieving technological independence. The article focuses on the management process of operating system images, analyzes the core links and technical requirements in the management cycle, and proposes a new full cycle automated management strategy based on multi-objective optimization theory. By setting up multi-objective functions, comprehensively evaluating factors such as stability, transmission speed, and resource utilization of image management, and adopting cutting-edge optimization algorithms, intelligent control of the image lifecycle is achieved. Research has found that this strategy has improved the efficiency and quality of operating system image management, providing technical support for enhancing the competitiveness of the operating system market. The practicality and adaptability of the strategy have also been verified, providing solid theoretical support for the popularization and expansion of operating systems.
