In order to improve the efficiency of inventory management in logistics supply chain, a new method based on ant colony algorithm is proposed. On this basis, using ant colony algorithm, the inventory decision of multi-level supply chain is dynamically adjusted to achieve the optimal inventory cost and inventory turnover. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the inventory of supply chain, improve the matching between supply and demand, and improve the overall operating efficiency.
