With the rapid development of information technology, online education has become an indispensable part of the education field. Among them, improving the performance of the U-learning reading service system (which may refer to the abbreviated form of ubiquitous learning U-Learning, not “U-Leading”, in order to maintain the original data letters, hereinafter referred to as “U-learning”) is of great significance for improving the overall quality of education. Although the system has multiple functions and services, it still faces some problems that hinder its widespread promotion and application. In view of this, this article explores in depth how to optimize the U-shaped learning reader service system from the perspective of network technology to enhance user experience. To verify the improvement effect, this study conducted questionnaire surveys on both the experimental group and the control group, and collected a total of 500 valid questionnaires. The results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of user experience satisfaction, system processing speed, service stability, and system error rate. Specifically, the average score of user experience satisfaction in the experimental group was as high as 8.2 points, significantly higher than the 6.8 points in the control group; At the same time, the average processing speed of the experimental group's system also reached 2.1 s, demonstrating significant optimization results.
