Research on Transformer Control Strategies in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems
摘要
The article provides an in-depth analysis of the control strategy for transformers in CMI and identifies the shortcomings of the current control strategy in terms of dynamic load adaptation, energy efficiency optimization, and system reliability. Through technical analysis, it was found that traditional control methods cannot meet the requirements of highly automated and intelligent manufacturing systems. To address these issues, some intelligent control algorithms have been proposed that can predict and respond more accurately. The integration of energy efficiency management and predictive maintenance strategies can significantly reduce the operating and maintenance costs of the system and improve overall efficiency. The results indicate that these strategies can improve the performance of CMI, which is of great significance in both theory and practice.
