Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Mind: Struggles and Strengths in the Education Sector
摘要
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a revolutionary force impacting society and human existence in recent years. While AI and human interactions frequently promote emotional attachment, trust, and social closeness, the changing nature of work after the advent of AI tools has caused workers to experience stress, anxiety, and unemployment. The fear is as a result of their concerns about automation and AI integration-related job displacement and skill obsolescence. Job transitions and upskilling may also increase psychological stress. To address ethical and psychological difficulties scholars and developers, as well as policymakers must understand how AI influences the human mind. To build a future that promotes human well-being, we must recognize and lessen the detrimental psychological consequences of AI technology while maximizing its positive aspects. This study aims to present a broad overview of the influence of Artificial intelligence (AI) on the human mind particularly concerning cognition, memory, learning, and mental health. Semi-structured interviews were used to generate data from teachers, IT professionals and students regarding the impact of AI on the human mind. The study also offers further recommendations to guide readers towards a more dynamic use of AI.
