This paper proposes an integrated technology route of virtual simulation replacing physical verification. By applying virtual testing ground and virtual wheel coupling bench simulation technology, the durability simulation calculation of the white body with “zero sample vehicle and zero test” is achieved. Pseudo damage sensitivity analysis technology is used to simplify the analysis of working conditions and support the rapid verification and improvement of the white body before prototype production in the design phase. The research and application results indicate that the integrated technology of virtual simulation for white body can accurately identify the risk of solder joint failure in white body, significantly shorten the verification cycle by 70%, and have high engineering application value.
